Booking Cancellation and Refund

If you cancel any reservation you will be notified via email and will be confirmed relative refund. Sometimes cancelling process may effect few cancellation fees applied by the Company to cover administrative costs management or for any other reasonable cause.

No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced,

At same time no refunds are confirmed for requests of cancellations sent after the deadline fixed and ranges up to 24 hours before the experience’s start time .
Any changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
Ιf you are on a cruise and the cruise ship will not be able to catch Mykonos for any reason, the amount you paid will be refunded.
